Goods can be exchanged or refunded within:
- Non-Star Card Members: 14 days
- Star Card Members: 21 days
All exchanges/refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt, packaging, apparel label tags and all parts intact and unopened.
All approved refunds will be returned via the same mode of payment as specified on the original receipt.
Gift card, coupons or third-party merchants’ vouchers are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or kind or to any other vouchers.
Refund will generally be in the same form as the original purchase.
Manufacturing defect will be determined upon inspection and at the sole discretion of Toys”R”Us.
Exchange per item is accepted once only.
Star card points redeemed are strictly not refundable.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
No refund/exchange will be given on discounted/clearance merchandise.
All Star Wars/Transformers/Halloween/Hot Wheels basic Cars/Iron Man/AR Drone/LEGO Mini Figures/Blind Packs/Mighty Beans goods sold are non-returnable or exchangeable.
All unsealed CD, MD, VHS, VCD, DVD, MP3 Player, video game hardware & software, trading card games, consumables and children’s underwear & socks sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Toys”R”Us reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
