Toys”R”Us Malaysia uses a combination of couriers to ensure your delivery is fast and affordable.
Shipping Fee is calculated based on the order amount (Nett).
We offer a flat rate of RM6 for all orders. For every selected bulky items, there will be an additional charge of RM40
E-Gift Cards are delivered Free.
Shipping fees are shown in your cart once you have logged into your toysrus.com.my account. If you have previously registered with toysrus.com.my you can log in at anytime. First time shoppers will need to create an account with toysrus.com.my first and provide your delivery address.

Orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 working days of the order being placed. We will always do our best to deliver within the estimated timeframes but please note that Estimated Delivery Times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Do expect longer than usual delivery time during festive season (e.g Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali) and Christmas season
Toys”R”Us Malaysia is unable to deliver PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or Post Offices.
All orders must be signed. Please ensure there is someone available at the delivery address to sign for the delivery.
If you are not home to accept delivery our couriers will leave a calling card. If you receive a calling card you will need to call the relevant number and arrange another time for delivery. You will not be charged for the second delivery but additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts.
